Tilly reads the calendars that can claim your time, keeps your tasks beside them, and turns both into one plan you can act on. It runs on iPhone and in the browser, and the two surfaces show the same schedule.
Connect Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, CalDAV, and subscribed ICS feeds. Every event stays in the calendar that owns it; Tilly only brings them into one view.
Tasks live beside the calendar rather than in a separate app, so the work you still owe is visible against the time you actually have.
The daily brief summarizes what is ahead, what conflicts, and where the open time is. It is a short read before the day starts, not a stream to monitor.
Booking links draw on the same connected calendars, so the availability you share matches the availability you have.
Calendar data describes where you go, who you meet, and what you are working on. Tilly treats that sensitivity as a product constraint rather than a policy paragraph.
Tilly’s assistant can read your schedule and propose a change, but a consequential calendar or task write pauses for explicit approval before it runs. Nothing is rearranged behind your back.
Assistant answers are drawn from the signed-in account’s own calendars, tasks, and settings. Availability is calculated from your real schedule rather than guessed.
Each calendar connection is a separate account you can review or remove. Disconnecting an account in Tilly does not delete anything the provider stores.
Free covers the daily views, tasks, basic reminders, and conflict visibility across two connected accounts. Pro adds unlimited accounts, AI-assisted recommendations, protected focus time, and the advanced brief.
Tilly is built by Theo Denanyoh, its founder, working on the calendar problem that came from juggling separate work and personal schedules. Product decisions, releases, and support all run through the same small team, which is why the changelog and status pages are written in plain language rather than marketing summaries.
