Service status

Tilly status and troubleshooting.

Check published service advisories, understand how incidents are reported, and rule out common calendar-connection problems.

Current service advisories

There is no active incident published on this page. This is Tilly’s canonical advisory page, not an automated uptime dashboard. If the product is not behaving as expected, use the checks below before reporting the problem.

Tilly for iPhone

No advisory published

App launch, Today, calendar views, tasks, and on-device interactions.

Tilly on the web

No advisory published

Sign-in, planning views, account access, and browser-based calendar work.

Calendar connections

No advisory published

Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, subscribed calendars, and provider synchronization.

Check the connection before assuming an outage.

Most isolated calendar problems come from an expired provider session, a hidden calendar, a read-only source, or a browser or app version that needs to be refreshed.

1. Confirm the affected surface

Check whether the same account and calendar work on both iPhone and the web. A problem on one surface usually points to the local app or browser rather than the calendar provider.

2. Check the source calendar

Open Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar directly. Confirm that the event exists, the account is signed in, and the calendar is still shared with the expected permissions.

3. Refresh without deleting data

Update and reopen Tilly, then refresh the affected view. Do not remove an account or delete an event until you have confirmed which provider owns the original.

4. Report the exact failure

Include the affected surface, provider, approximate time, and the result you expected. Do not send event titles, attendee details, or other private calendar content unless support requests it.

How incident updates work

A confirmed incident notice names the affected service, the observed impact, any safe workaround, and the resolution time. Product releases and ordinary bug fixes remain in the changelog so this page stays focused on service availability.
