Delete the Tilly account in Account settings, cancel any App Store subscription separately, and remove provider authorization separately if you no longer want Tilly listed as an authorized calendar app.
Before you delete the account
Account deletion is permanent. Review any information you need to keep and disconnect calendar accounts if you want to remove their access before deletion finishes.
Cancel paid billing separately
Deleting a Tilly account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Open iPhone Settings, select your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, and manage Tilly there before or after deleting the account.
Send the deletion request
Open Account settings in Tilly and choose Delete account. Read the summary of what will be removed, then confirm the request.
What deletion changes
Tilly removes the account and the product data tied to it, subject to limited records that must be retained for security, legal, or billing operations. Events stored by Apple, Google, or Microsoft remain with those providers.
What deletion does not change
Deleting Tilly does not erase provider calendars, cancel a subscription billed by Apple, or delete the Tilly app from your devices. Handle those separate systems directly if you want the subscription canceled, provider authorization removed, or app uninstalled.
Before the final confirmation
Check that you can still reach any event or task information you intend to keep. If you have a support case in progress, save its reference. Deletion cannot be used as a temporary reset because the removed account cannot simply be reopened with its former product data.
Expected result
You can no longer sign in to the deleted Tilly account and its associated product data is scheduled for removal under the privacy policy. Provider-owned events remain available through Apple, Google, or Microsoft.
Check connected providers
After deletion, you can review the authorized-apps page for each calendar provider and remove any old Tilly authorization that still appears.
If you cannot open Tilly
Contact privacy@trytilly.com from the email address associated with the account. Include enough information to locate the account, but do not send calendar event details or payment card data.
Keep the three systems separate
Tilly account deletion, App Store subscription management, and calendar-provider authorization are separate controls. Complete all three only when that matches your intent: delete the product account in Tilly, manage billing in Apple Subscriptions, and remove calendar access in Apple, Google, or Microsoft account settings.
Common deletion questions
Does deleting Tilly cancel Pro?
No. Apple controls App Store billing. Cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings if you do not want it to renew.
Does deletion erase my calendar events?
No. Events owned by Apple, Google, or Microsoft stay with those providers. Tilly removes the account and associated product data as described in the privacy policy.
Can I undo deletion later?
No. Treat the final confirmation as permanent. Save anything you need and resolve active support questions before submitting the request.
