Restore purchases with the same Apple Account that originally bought Tilly Pro. Restoring verifies the existing App Store receipt; it does not start a second subscription or charge you again.

Before you restore

Confirm that the iPhone uses the same Apple Account that bought Tilly Pro. Apple ties the subscription to that account, not to a calendar provider or Tilly sign-in.

Restore the purchase

Open your Tilly account, choose Plan, and select Restore purchases. Keep Tilly open while the App Store checks the receipt.

Check the result

Return to Plan and confirm that Pro is active. Open a Pro feature, such as expanded calendar connections or conflict tools, to verify access through the product.

If Pro does not return

Check the subscription in iPhone Settings under the Apple Account and Subscriptions. If Apple shows an active Tilly subscription, reopen Tilly and run Restore purchases again on a stable network.

If Apple shows no subscription

Confirm that you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple manages payment history, renewal, and billing disputes.

What Restore purchases does

Restore asks Apple to verify an existing purchase and then refreshes Tilly's plan state. It does not create a second subscription, change the billing date, or move a subscription between Apple Accounts.

Try the safe recovery sequence

Confirm network access, close and reopen Tilly, verify the active Apple Account, and run Restore purchases once more. Avoid repeatedly tapping the control while the receipt check is in progress. If the App Store itself cannot load the subscription, resolve that Apple Account issue first.

Expected result

Plan shows Tilly Pro and Pro-only controls become available without a new charge. The subscription remains managed in iPhone Settings, where Apple shows its renewal date and billing status.

Contact support

If Apple shows an active subscription and Tilly still shows Free, contact support with the purchase date, the Tilly account email, and the result of the restore attempt. Do not send a full payment card number.

Record useful evidence without sharing secrets

For support, note whether Apple shows the subscription as active, the approximate purchase date, the Tilly version, and the exact result after Restore purchases. A screenshot may help if it excludes unrelated account details. Never send an Apple Account password, verification code, or complete payment information.

Common restore questions

Will Restore purchases bill me again?

No. It asks Apple to confirm an existing entitlement. The App Store shows any new purchase confirmation before a separate charge could occur.

Can I transfer Pro to a different Apple Account?

Restore cannot transfer ownership. Sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase or use Apple support for account and purchase-history questions.

What if I deleted my Tilly account?

An App Store subscription and a Tilly product account are separate. Confirm the Apple subscription first, then contact support if a newly created Tilly account does not reflect the restored entitlement.

Put the guide into practice.

Open Tilly on the device you use, then follow the guide with the calendar account or schedule in front of you.
